Mold Testing Dallas is a licensed mold assessment company. We perform testing and inspection services exclusively and do not perform mold remediation. This separation ensures our results and recommendations remain independent and objective.
Scope of Inspection and Testing
Our mold testing and inspection services are limited to the areas accessible and visible at the time of the inspection. Our inspectors assess conditions as they exist during the inspection visit. Mold conditions can change over time due to moisture events, humidity changes, seasonal variations, and other environmental factors.
Test results represent conditions at the time of sample collection only. A mold assessment is not a guarantee that mold is absent from areas that were not tested or that future mold growth will not occur. Our reports provide findings based on collected samples analyzed by accredited laboratories and professional observations made during the inspection.
Our inspectors do not perform destructive testing (cutting into walls, removing flooring, etc.) unless specifically agreed upon in advance and authorized in writing by the property owner.
Scheduling, Pricing, and Payment
Service pricing is provided as a quote before any work is performed. Quotes are based on the information you provide about your property and testing needs. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon arrival at the property, such as discovering additional areas requiring testing that were not initially discussed.
Any changes to the scope of work and associated costs will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is performed. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances change, and we make reasonable accommodations when possible.
Reports and Laboratory Results
Mold testing reports are provided to the client who contracted our services. Reports include our professional findings, laboratory analysis results, and recommendations. Standard laboratory turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from the date samples are received by the laboratory. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.
Our reports are prepared for the use of our client and are not intended for use by third parties without our written consent. Reports contain professional opinions based on the data collected and should be interpreted in the context of the specific property and conditions observed during the inspection.
Laboratory analysis is performed by independent accredited laboratories. While we stand behind our sampling procedures and professional assessments, laboratory results are the responsibility of the analyzing laboratory and are subject to their quality assurance procedures.
Limitation of Liability
Mold Testing Dallas provides professional testing and assessment services in accordance with industry standards and TDLR regulations. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, reports, or recommendations.
Our assessments and reports are professional opinions based on observed conditions and laboratory data. They do not constitute guarantees about property conditions, health outcomes, or remediation results. We are not responsible for decisions made by property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or other parties based on our reports.
Mold Testing Dallas does not provide medical advice. If you have health concerns related to mold exposure, consult a qualified healthcare provider. Our reports should not be used as a substitute for professional medical evaluation.
