- On-Site Assessment — Our licensed inspector arrives and conducts a detailed visual walkthrough, examining walls, ceilings, crawl spaces, attics, HVAC systems, and areas prone to moisture accumulation.
- Sample Collection — Air samples, surface samples, or both are collected using calibrated equipment and sent to an AIHA-accredited laboratory for analysis.
- Moisture Mapping — Using thermal imaging cameras and professional-grade moisture meters, our inspector creates a detailed moisture profile of your property.
- Lab Analysis & Report — Laboratory results are compiled into a comprehensive report with species identification, concentration data, moisture readings, and targeted remediation recommendations when warranted.
- Follow-Up Support — We are available to answer questions about your results and, if needed, provide post-remediation clearance testing after remediation work is completed.

Includes 2 samples with no square footage restrictions. Independent verification that mold levels have returned to safe thresholds.
